If, for any reason, clients are not satisfied with an order, please contact us within no more than 10 days of purchase so that a Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.) may be issued. Items eligible for return (size exchange, store credit or refund) meet the following criteria:

• Original tag(s) are intact and attached to returned item(s).

• Item(s) have not been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

• Items do not show any signs of use.

• Item was sold at full price (i.e. not discounted/on sale at time of purchase).

• Items are returned to the store within 10 days of R.A.N. provision (see below)

To return/exchange an item, simply email us at within 10 days from the delivery date to request a Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.). To expedite the request, your email should include:

• Order Number

• Item Code(s) of the item(s) to be returned

• Indication of whether the return is to be a size exchange, store credit, or refund.

Options for compensation:

Size Exchange: Items can be exchanged only when a different size or a different color of the same Item Code is available. Exchanges for a different Item code are currently unavailable. 
Free Return policy is limited to one exchange. Store Credit can be used one time only on a future order within three months of the return; is not cumulative with other store credits; must be used in its entirety on an order that is either equal to or greater than the value of the store credit.  

Store Credit: items must be returned within 10 days of delivery. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 7 days of our receiving the returned order.

Refunds: Orders paid by credit card will appear on the client’s next billing statement after a minimum of 30 days from the date of the refund. Processing time may vary among credit card companies.
Orders paid by Paypal or by bank transfer will be refunded to the original purchasing account.

CeibaSF provides free outbound shipping to customers on all orders. The customer is responsible for shipping costs in regards to returns.

CeibaSF reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent with the same courier as specified in the email detailing the return instructions. If an unauthorized return is accepted, CeibaSF will deduct a 10% administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund.

CeibaSF will not accept returned merchandise that does not follow the terms and conditions of the returns policy. Such items will be returned to the sender at the original shipment address.
