Ceiba SF provides free domestic shipping to customers on all orders over $200. International shoppers, please contact us for a shipping quote to your country.
Return/Exchange Policy for our online boutique ceibasf.com :
- All returns must be approved before mailing back. Please request approval via email by replying to the original invoice. Unauthorized returns will be refused, and the carrier may charge you for return shipping. In such circumstances, Ceiba bears no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred.
- Return regular priced, in-stock merchandise (exclusions apply) within 14 days for a refund or exchange.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Please use a trackable shipping method for returns to ensure delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition and all tags attached.
- Ceiba reserves the right to reject returns that do not adhere to our policy (worn, damaged, late!).
- For international shipments, the client assumes responsibility for any customs duty or taxes imposed by the country of delivery.
- Final Sale items are non-returnable.
